Tim is a Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEx) . Tim is also an Accredited Mediator trained to mediate all civil and commercial disputes.  He has 40 years’ experience as a lawyer specialising in litigation.  Tim has a particular expertise and is known as the local expert in commercial debt recovery and enforcement.

Tim is a hard working lawyer and his clients appreciate his down to earth approach and straight commercially minded advice.   He quickly understands the client’s needs.  Litigation is by its nature contentious and as Tim has been trained in alternative dispute resolution he recognises the commercial necessity for early resolution of disputes although is well prepared to take a firm stance as this is often necessary to protect a client’s legal position.

Tim’s reputation and experience has built up a loyal client base and he acts for many businesses ranging from local sole traders to national plcs.

Tim is married and enjoys travelling with his wife.  He has two grown up sons.  He is a keen follower of cricket and rugby.  Tim is an Old Cryptian and now enjoys following Gloucester Rugby
